Back Pain

My upper back has been hurting lately not bad but a little. I do all my lifts with the proper technique and perfect form. Iwas wondering If maybe it's because I'm not strecthing out good enough before I lift or maybe because I do to many sit-ups(650/per day) anyways if you guys could tell me some ways of stretching it better or something..... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
BAck pain sucks of any kind. It could be because your pulling on yur neck to much when doing situps but i dont know how you do them. good upper back stretch is tograb a verticle rack or something and judt lean back. I would suggest also streching your neck front , and sides. The best thing i do is sit in a hot tub and put the jets right in it. Loosens every thing up.
 
I WOULD DO THE SITUP WITH MY HANDS TOUCHING THE SIDE OF MY HEAD. WHENEVER I PUT MY HANDS BEHIND MY HEAD I PULL ON IT.
