B12 Supplementation, when do to it?

How do I know I should be supplementing some B12 into my diet/routine? I know what I would use, and it would be an injectable form. But I'm not sure if I need it?

I'm a little lethargic, I bruise, but I don't need ANY help with my appetite.. Thoughts?

I have started the b12 inj last week at 1cc every other day. So far no energy changes. But when i took them before it did help with my energy while dieting.

Just to note: It will make you hungrier. So if you are dieting... just remember that :)
 
sessa, hamstrings look like you take your time on them.

what worries me is the hunger, i don't need to be any hungrier.. my food bill is up like 30% this cycle.. :\

Thanks I go really heavy on them and then drop set and rep it out. So 8 reps, then drop the weight in half then 12-15 reps. Burn, baby burn :)
 
The B vitamins need to be in balance based on your needs. Usually when your increase one B vit ie B12, you have to increase all the other ones, depending on caloric intake, caloric expenditure and stress.
