I don't know if you remeber but last week you said you would post some rotator cuff excersises this Monday. I have been out of the gym for 2 weeks now and seriously am about to freak out if this pain doesn't go away. Like tonight for instance, I attempted to pick up a tiny 100 pound girl like in a front delt raise and could barely do it from the pain. I don't know if you have ever been out of the gym due to an injury when everything was going better than ever but it fucking blows. I am about to say fuck it and just go back in there and lift untill it either goes away or I can't use my arm anymore. Please help me out bro. thanks.
