First, if there is a 30g scoop and 23g of protein, that's roughly concentrate, not isolate.
Most concentrate is about 28.4 g and 22g of protein. Isolate would have that size scoop and 25g of protein. (80% versus 90%).
I can't really comment on price since you are in the UK, but there is really no reason you should not use allthewhey.com. Protein factory maybe if you have a massive amount of cash to blow.
