C - you look fantastic - the stage presence just shines thru & the FUN too! I can tell you are loving it! Keep on your cutting diet & the cardio -- the NPC guys are going to tell you to get leaner in the rear/hips/thighs --- LMAO That's what they tell all of us (the bastards... they all look like a bag of nickels themselves...) - just keep the cutting going and work the posing - its fantastic for conditioning to hold those poses tight (but dont forget to look natural & relaxed).
Wish I could've made it but I was sitting on a plane until 11 am yesterday and out cold in my own bed last nite.

Sassy is right - NPC judges will want you leaner in the butt/hip/ham area - but that goes for 99.9% of females too. AND, you are working on it. I am sure you are going to look PAST smoking in a couple weeks. I can't wait to see.

Thank you all soooo much for the awesome comments! I had such a blast yesterday!! And yes, I definitely know I've got much tightening to do before the NPC show....but I'm ready for it....bring it on. *flexes and kisses bicep*
SOoooooo, apparently I'm going to start training in sweats. I was on stage for like 23 seconds and my face and protan started melting off. (I don't do well in heat)
The next 4 weeks is going to be some killer training! I'm going to step on stage next time a different woman! Whooo hooo!
