lighten up a little

and i know, it's not cheerios....it's oatmeal. better for bulking anyway. make sure to put some ANPB in there. i prefer chunky ANPB if i'm going to cook the oatmeal, but much easier to just throw the raw oatmeal into a vanilla whey shake. kinda tastes like granola, and i'm left with room for a lot more food.

when i give my son a bowl of cheerios for breakfast, i end up tossing the kitten off the table 5 or 6 times while he's eating. the kitten enjoys the cheerios more than my son does. strange but true. my son thinks the whole thing is funny, even though i keep telling him that i don't want the kitten on the table. he knows he'll get in trouble if he goes and gives his food to the dogs, but i guess he thinks he'll get off easy if he lets the kitten eat it for him.
