I've been using these for the past couple of weeks and I figured I'd post a review on them. They are a great addition to my pre workout regimen and provide a great energy boost to my training. I've found that on most days when I've had a good nights sleep 1 tab about 45 min pre workout with my shake is more then enough to sustain my two hour training sessions. If I have a long day at work and am feeling overly tired,I will take an additional tab right before I leave for the gym. Be careful when taking two tabs though as the energy is intense. I have taken two together and found that to be a little too much for me, so I space them out. The best thing about them is they are cheap which is great on the wallet. They only cost a little over $20 for a little more then a months supply which is a lot cheaper then most pre workouts. So I highly suggest that if you haven't tried them you give them a go.
