At what weight did you start lifting and how much muscle have you gained since?

Started about 16 months ago, 6' 176lbs, 19.5% b/f, now I'm at 188lbs, around 12% b/f

started 5 1/2 years ago at 5'10" 170 pounds about 7-8% bodyfat. The heaviest I have been is 252 with 9-10% bodyfat. - cbeaks
