Express Lane is a good idea, but instead of waisting so much damn money on lethal injection or what not, just bring em out back and put a bullet in their skull. Im neither party and go back and forth on the death penalty as I think the government has killed innocent people and there is no perfect system, but when youre really, really, really, damn sure theyre guilty then sure torture the bastards to death.
