i want to be sure im hitting both parts of the bis. I am currently doing 3 sets 8-10 reps straight barebell curl. and 3 sets 10 reps standing cable curls. will that work both bis?
for tris im doing 3 sets 8-10 reps weighted dips. and 3 sets standing cable pusdowns 8-10. or one drop set.
will that work all three tris?
