arm workout

what do you guys think of this workout for arms.

3 (warmup)sets of dips or hammer strength bench
3 sets of straight bar curls
3 sets of lying tricep extension curl bar(aka skullcrushers?) with reverse grip
3 sets of hammer db curls
3 sets of cable tricep extension with the rope or reverse grip with a bar
2 sets of preacher curls
2 sets of wrist bb curls

it seems like a lot of sets, but this is the whole arm workout. I have tried this routine for a while, and i have noticed a big difference as opposed to working tris with chest, and bis with back, or vice versa. I have noticed more thickness. any input? it seems like overtraining, but it is just right. any opinions?
 
I think a lot of guys here would tell you that it's too much, myself included. But hey, if it's working for you, no reason to stop doing it.
 
looks great to me i do arms by theirselves also. i add a couple of sets during the week so my arms don't look flat. there's a million ways to do your arms but the exercises you have down are good. you may try changing some of the exercises after you've been doing them for a while so your workout doesn't get to boring
