Arm Blaster?

I was curious if anyone on here has tried this out? It was definitely popular back in Arnold's day but I am wondering if anyone still uses it? I just saw one in a sporting goods store and it was pretty cheap..

My old gym had one, it looks kinda silly when you got it on, but I can say it works really well. It really keeps you from cheating.

Really? Alright thanks bro I am definitely goin to look into buying one. Theyre only around $20 and I know that they look silly but good ol' Arnold swore by them so I am definitely going to give them a shot I think...

I am sure the weight you can handle drops substantially though huh?

Use a preacher bench and spend the money on food.

good for keeping your form strict, the same effect can be achieved by curling against a wall. Sometimes I even curl while leaning forward slightly, REAL strict bi-blaster! If it is $20 or so pick it up or get your gym to buy one...
