Are you getting 4000 clean calories per day?

Break it into 8 meals. Macronutrient ratios will vary but basically get 50g of protein in every meal, 50-60g carbs, and moderate fat. That will amount to 400g protein, 400-480g carbs, and let's say 80g of fat. And you're right at 4100kcal easily. And those are relatively small meals. For instance 8oz. ground beef, 8oz. yam, and a side salad would be an example meal.

I drink only skim milk and i was eating sirloin but i've switched over to eye of round. From what people have said around here, it's the leanest cut you can get.

this is a non training day. training days are exactly the same except i add a post workout shake.

takes LOTS of time in the kitchen, but its doable :)
