good lord, 4000 kcal's per day....I hope it is maintenance or bulking. If it is cutting then he is either doing some serious training or looks like jay cutler
lol, i wished i looked like jay cutler. I'm still a skinny guy at 245 (i'm 6-4 though so 245 doesnt go as far as it does on most people).
anyways, its a bulking diet and ive only been doing it for about the last 2 weeks. I can't really say how well it's working yet. My weight has been kind of jumping up and down the last couple days but it looks like it's trying to go up, i'm 3 lbs up from when i started. I've been gaining about a lb a week and my waist is looking slightly tighter but i was kinda fat to begin with (around 18%) because i was bulking with hamburger helper and subway before Sorry i'm not much help, i need more time before i can say for sure whether or not the diet is working the way it's supposed to.

I drink only skim milk and i was eating sirloin but i've switched over to eye of round. From what people have said around here, it's the leanest cut you can get.
