I have heard mixed opinions on this. People who use it say there are not, people who do not say there are. What are your experiences with this?
I am interested in incorporating it in my diet as it has not only been shown to improve performance but can also increase test too. I want to gain 10 lbs of pure lean mass without water weight or fat gain though so blowing up like a fluid balloon is not ideal.
Any insight and personal experience is appreciated.
