DMAE and choline are precursors to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Piracetam seems to increase the turnover or rate of use of acetylcholine. Studies with rats on piracetam show synergistic increases in inteligence when piracetam is combined with choline compared to rats treated only with piracetam.

It depends. I mean you cannot lump ALL "smart drugs" into one category. The term Smart Drug is a very loose interpretation.

I have brought Piracetam and Hydergine across the border, and had it fully inspected, with no problem at all.

However even THAT does not mean anything factual. Frankly the ability to bring something across the border is maybe 70% law and 30% The Mood Of The Agent.

I even brought Clen across once and had it serached and they saw it and let me keep going.

Yeah.. but clen is legal to import as a personal supply. Since it is not scheduled (controlled) you can do so...

Thanks for everyones help.. I am going to take my chance and place a order this week and let you guys know how it turns out. Just don't want to get a controlled delivery of some smart drugs.LOL. That would suck.
