No, the Foreman grill is on an angle, so any water will just run off. When I buy my chicken breasts, I buy a large package. I cut each breast into slices, package them in plastic bags (cheap ones from the dollar store) & freeze them.... The slices will cook faster & more evenly, being small than a whole breast..... You could also "sandwich" the whole breast between plastic film & pound them with a meat pounder to "flatten" them a bit -- they will also cook more evenly that way.
