You're confusing the sexual drive with orgasms. Generally, women take longer to reach orgasm. That's the difference you're talking about. You said it yourself, in order to get a woman in the mood, you have to get inside her mind. Guys are good to go 24/7 and would rarely pass up a fuck. I think this is true. Although i'd suggest that there would be a hard core 5-10% on either side of the homo-hetero spectrum who would be either one of the other despite social conditioning.

For example, gay guys are brought up constantly being told that to be straight is an ideal and taught to feel repelled by same-sex activity, yet we still ended up gay. TheDarkSideNinja's comment that a guy's dick makes him feel like chucking is an example of what I mean.

For the other 80-90% of the population I'd agree that they are basically bisexual biologically and that environmental conditioning is responsible for the rest.
