I've heard ARA-TEST 2500 has gone to shit. I was told the newer stuff sucks, what about a bottle that says (ago 2002) for the exp. date?
Please help if you can.

I also have the Lot number starting with I and exp. 2004. I am on week four and am loosing strength on my bench press every workout. My bottles have plastic tops. I will NEVER use this stuff again.
