Amfetamin is the only thing i tried that works for me.. sure clen helps but still thinks of food enjoy food and if you put it in front of me i will eat it same with eca and allt he legal stugg just makes me more hungy -,- maybe cus im on a contest diet 9 days out hehe but the speed whas years ago so no worrys maybe check out albuterol next diet..
Nothing works for me, clen, N2burn, caffeine, all actually make me more hungry about 45min after having them.
I would also like to hear some other ideas, I've seen a Chinese tea suppressant I wouldn't mind trying.
Other than that, you can snack on a few almonds.
It is hard for me to get back in into the dieting mentality.. but once I am a few weeks in I am good to go. Just want something that takes my mind off of eating. Seems every night I am peaking in the fridge or cupboard to see what might be in there, and how I can justify cheating lol.
