As far as MD6 you can buy it at GNC or online at any supplement store.

I tried it, but it made me way to tired, it has something in that makes u sleepy, i forget the name.

Labrada has a new one out called Charge,, that worked very well, u can get that at netrtion.com.

appetite suppresants? as i diet down, eating 8 meals a day, slowly adding more cardio, and reducing carbs, i get fed up of eating. So i somtimes really have to consentrate to be able to eat. Only thing i use is chrom.

You can get that almost anywhere...gnc etc...it is over the counter.
