Apartment shopping in San Diego - punch my cock now

That is incredible; everything is so expensive here you struck gold :) Sounds like a beautiful place to spend a life..
my roommate bought this place for 420K, brand new, owner/builder said his wife didn't like the noisy area. sold it for what they owed on it.

now the place books for 1.1 to 1.2 million, but the mortage is for less than 400K so I pay half of it basically.

lol bro you are looking for places in my hood. I own this place man.

Here is my setup.

1 roomate, 34 year old software engineer. Good friend of mine. Owns the home bitches.

1.1 million dollar home, steps from the beach AND the bay, right on the border of Pacific Beach and Mission Beach.

I pay $950 per month, for that I get
-private entrance
- large room 12' x 18' with private attached bath, two person shower, two closets, hardwood floors.
-GARAGE PARKING.
-1 Guest spot, shared with roommate.
-home is 3 total stories. Brand new kitchen with custom lighting throughout common areas.
Two patios, one with gas BBQ off house gas line, the other large with table and stools, perfect for chilling, smoking, and enjoying the day.
- Patio off my bedroom with palmn trees, and chairs.
- 8 bikes, mostly beach cruisers for heading out with friends
- guest bathroom. plenty of couch space, dining room with table and 4 chairs
- roommate has bed and bath on 3rd story, lots of privacy for both of us.
- walking and bike riding distance to dozens of bars and restuarants, grocery store, coffee shop, anything and everything.

Moving here was one of the best decisions of my life.

Oh and for anyone who is interested, we've got volleyball kicking off at 10:30am Sunday morning. Celebrate father's day by getting some exercise, he'd be proud, plus I'm sure he'd want you to enjoy the sun and bikinis as well. I'll have the net and lines setup, supply a radio, some chairs, beer and waters. See you out there.

that's fuggin reasonable bro, i thought it'd be a lot more than that
my bro pays a lot more in chi town and gets a lot less
maybe SD is that expensive afterall?

Fuck, I wish I live in SD, I'd be all over that. Beach/beer volleyball is a blast!

bro do you have much of that in wash?
beaches?

lol at some of the postings heres.

ceo -yeah man, you told me bout those girls. UNREAL

Gonna try to get that Avalon apt today (mother fuckers out here don't start work in the leasing office til 10am!!!!!! lmfaoaaaaaoo). Hopefully we'll get it. Place is sick. Some peeps at The W lastnight were telling me about the Avalon pool on Sundays - sounds like my johnson is gonna get some work out here. Good times

JA - 2br place as I am comin out here with another East Coast guinea (Long Island, the worst kind).

I wasn't hating on the looking the same thing. Obviously people will talk/dress/act similar in different cultural environments. It's just more noticeable for me as an outsider here. It's quite interesting.

Everyone is so fucking nice too. It's honestly really odd to have chicks on the street passing by look you in the eye and smile and say hi. I was getting off the elevator at The W today and when it opened up some smokin broad was standing there with her little puppy. I expected her to not even glance my way but instead she looked up, smiled and said "Hi, how are you?". Awesome

Once I figure out how to work from home efficiently the world is mine. Conference calls by the pool, beach on lunch break. My Lord.

Side note - any of you guys that have the local surfing knowledge hit me up. I used to surf a ton years ago, but haven't in a while. And I'm used to Atlantic Ocean (i.e. 2 foot swells). I'd like to find an area to relearn everything that is not very crowded so I will a) be able to get some good work in and b) not get my ass kicked by the yokels.

:) My fucking life is going to be immensely improved in bout 3 weeks.

This is true in most of California. It's always nice to see a fresh face, welcome to you :) now when are you going home? j/k
Thanks!

lol, I was driving towards the beach this morning and some dude just leisurely got out of his parked car (wife beater, mesh shorts, sandals - standard) and walked across the street in front of me. My instinct was to yell out the window, "fucking asshole!" at him, but I stopped myself a second before he looked at me, gave me the thank you wave and smiled.

Good peeps out here.

KB will work on holding back the aggression so I don't spoil the vibe here.

Want to have intersex?
