I just read an article on Cissus and it stated that there were positive studies that showed bone repair properties. I used it for my joints and it did wonders.
I also would NOT take excessive amount of calcium. Excessive calcium intake can cause numerous problems. I always read "just take a ton of this etc." when people respond to health problems. As a general rule, more of any given substance doesn't mean it will make you healthier. In fact with many substances, even OTC supplements, taking too much can cause problems.
