15 Yrs old around 6ft tall. I currently use 7.5 KG dumbells (not very heavy i know but i'm just starting out properly)and i do 3 sets of 12 of
Bicep curls
Single arm tricep extention
Upright row
Hammer Curl
Lying tricep extention (15 kg barbell)
Narrow grip bench press (Barbell)
Pullover (Dumbell)
Bent over row (15kg Bar)
Bent over row using Dumbell & bench
T-bar rows (barbell)
Weighted Neck Flexion (small weight)
Side Bends
Ab Curls
Squats with punchbag ( around 20kg)
I've started a few months ago but in the past 6-ish week i've been taking it more seriously doing weights evey other day and trying to get as much protien as possible and i'm just wondering what to add in or take out from what I do at the moment. I have noticed some gains but i'm not sure if I should change anything. Any help would be appriciated.
