Anything I should change about my workout plan?

15 Yrs old around 6ft tall. I currently use 7.5 KG dumbells (not very heavy i know but i'm just starting out properly)and i do 3 sets of 12 of
Bicep curls
Single arm tricep extention
Upright row
Hammer Curl
Lying tricep extention (15 kg barbell)

Narrow grip bench press (Barbell)
Pullover (Dumbell)

Bent over row (15kg Bar)
Bent over row using Dumbell & bench
T-bar rows (barbell)

Weighted Neck Flexion (small weight)

Side Bends
Ab Curls

Squats with punchbag ( around 20kg)

I've started a few months ago but in the past 6-ish week i've been taking it more seriously doing weights evey other day and trying to get as much protien as possible and i'm just wondering what to add in or take out from what I do at the moment. I have noticed some gains but i'm not sure if I should change anything. Any help would be appriciated.

Yes, I train at home but my only equip is the barbells & dumbells, I'll be saving up in the future to get some more stuff but for now i'm broke as fuck.
 
the main thing is to do multi joint exercises such as squats, deadlift, barbell rows, standing barbell press, bench press, 3x a week , do 3 sets x 5-8 reps and add some weight (1-2kg) to each exercise every workout. eg:day 1 squat 3x5
bench 3x5
row 3x5
day 2 deadlift 3x5
standing press 3x5
curls 3x8
day 3 squats 3x5
bench 3x5
row 3x5

do a 10 rep light warm up set and then the same weight for 3x5.
if you eat well and drink a lot of whole milk you will get bigger and stronger.
you can get an olympic bar and weight set (145kg) for about £130, this and some squat stands and a bench are all you need.
btw is avfc aston villa fc?
