I was 34% in Jan. 05 according to those hand held things. Anyway, I got down to 20% last spring. I dusted off my calipers two weeks ago, um, I was 26.7%.
I'm not worried about getting it down to 17%. I'm determined and my diet is alot better than last Spring.
In my transformation thread, I think I started at about 28%ish, went down to about 15% in roughtly 4 months or so. Was tough to maintain 15% for me, so I sat at about 18% for awhile - then got pregnant and am now a fat fuck.

Started at around 34% in Sep 05, now about 28% per Tanita scales.
Still a work in progress. But I eat better, train harder and overall have improved my health to a point now where I haven't had an infection for nearly 8 months
