Sorry that was not very clear. I mean that do any of you write some academic papers to get to the conference place to show your presentation and of course improve the odds to phuck some foreign women (of course in case the conference is not in your country)?????

Some papers are quite shitty despite of that they are written by someone in the university. I think they are written for the same reason as mine

When you write these types of papers quite often you have the chance to present them to groups of like minded academics at conferences in different cities or countries. This gives these folks a chance to network and see who else is intersted in what they do as well as learn more about their own areas.
