i hear that alot form people but i dont know i think some people who say that might eventualy get hooked i can see someone saying ok ill just smoke this once when im not drunk and then becoming a habbit.

I was a smoker for about 3 years of my life. I started at 14, and by 15 I was a fullblown smoker. I quit when I was about 18. You have to take it slow. From half a pack a day, I decreased it to 5-6 a day. And then 1-2 every other day, until I was smoke free. My hands would shake and it really was tough.

A co-worker of mine confided in me that he was an ex-junkie. Everything from Acid to Cocaine and Heroine. He went through detox and stop all his drug use.

The only thing he coudn't stop was smoking...

I dont consider those who smoke to be losers, I just feel sorry for them due to the fact that they have fallen into a horrible habit. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy partying, drinking, some greenery, ect, but by far I believe smoking cigs are the worst.

Like thorolf said, when I'm drinking and drunk I enjoy smoking a few cigs. And not every time a drink either. but besides that I absolutely hate smoking when I'm sober, it will make me feel sick as hell.
