I just bought some to take before my cardio or lifting workouts just for some added energy.....good stuff or crap?? I had heard good things...
I usually take 5ml prior to workouts. It helps keep energy levels up and helps w/ concentration. As far as weight loss goes, nothing. I would recommend it preworkoutBlu Steel said:works well for me after not taking it for a while, but i get diminishing results over time, as with any stimulant. I rotate it with T-rex too.
the only difference btwn the two is that the liquid kicks in quicker. THe caps still use the polylipid delivery system and the ingredients are exactly the same. Just take the caps about 30 minutes prior to your workout and you should be cool.PatBateman3 said:Oh well GREAT, I see you guys are talking ML's and now I got the caps sitting here!?!? Damn, hope there's not much of a difference at all, I can always exchange it I guess.

I was told by one person that it has something in it that actually makes you body temperature drop. In doing so your body counter acts it and heats up.
Don't know if its true but it would explain my experience..

asianlover said:that would make sense cause, if im not mistaken, 1 calrie is the enery required to raise the body temparature 1 degree per pound of body weight. so if you 200lbs and somthing make you body temp drop 1 degree it would require 200 calriies to bring it back up. and then you would have to keep burning 200 calries to maintain it
asianlover said:i have never used that product before. i dont know how it works and was not refering to the product you dumbshit. but what i said about calories is a fact. it is high school chemistry you uneducated piece of shit. look at this link and learn somthing dumbass
