anyone use UP YOUR MASS protein powder?

I have used it before, the cinnamin is not too bad. The only thing about that I dont like is that its very thick and dry with 16 ounces of water.

are the carbs in it really the good kind or did you bloat up?

AAP, how are you liking the 60 mgs. of var a day and how long have you been running it so far? I just put my buddy on a var only cycle, 60 mgs a day that he started yesterday. Just curious as to yours....

Ok, so I am not using the Muscle Juice powder. But I can get this free as well. Anyone use it before.

Since this is the anabolic board, I got that covered too. I am on 60 mg of anavar daily.

Two things.

There is no actual ingredient list, just a review.

I guarantee Soy Protein is the most abundant protein in this formula. There lies the big flaw. Soy Protein sucks, therefore making the the whole overall product garbage. If they got rid of the Soy, I'd be all over it. Oh well, too bad.

Soy protein, doses stimulants estrogen in both male and females. Use whey protein right after workouts, and cascin a night before bedtime.

He is very right about that. It is very thick and dry. I do think it's a quality product though.

slyder was right...Soy is the first protein listed... Check it out

The carb suppose to be whole grains, I did'nt experience any bloating with it.
i've used up your mass before, liked it alot, it was mostly a carb(maltodextrose)powder with some protein, something around 900 calories per serving.
i loved the stuff
i put on about 5lbs using it without gear.
