Anyone try the 500mgusnic Acid tabs?

Just got in touch with the seller.

Hes still waiting on the shipment to arrive.

When it comes in I will be placing an order and tell you how it goes.
 
This is my third day: I've taken 2 tablets of 500 mg UA a day spaced evenly. I have monitored my body temp and today it was 99.2 F, which is a little more than one degree higher than normal (for me). OK it's not DNP but I DEFINITELY feel it working! I got mine at www.usnicacid.com (shameless plug:)).
 
Actually I take 1 cap ripped fuel extreme (which is 1/2 serving) before work-out. Doing this while on UA seems to prolong the stimulant effects for a few hours, and I "felt" warmer. Personaly it was a bit much for me, I'm laying off EC during remainder of UA cycle.

Took about 3 days to arrive. Standard shipping box filled with bubblewrap with the bottle sealed in plastic.

Broke the first 500mg tab in half. They are pretty easy to snap into halfs or quarters. Took 250mg just a few minutes ago.

Tonight I will be hitting the gym then as soon as I get back I will be starting a weekend blitz kind of cycle.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Can't really say I notice increased heat as its gottem quite a bit hotter around here lately, and I was pressed for time at the gym so my workout was short and intense so the body heat was up from that aswell. Besides the amount is small.

I wonder if Usnic is at all like DNP where as if you do a week cycle take a break then do a second the second cycle will hit you harder than the first because it seems to hang around dorment in the fat cells. (originally mentioned by dnp guru I believe) of course if it does it also might not hang around as long since the halflife is much shorter than regular dnp.

Ok its Day 2

day 1:

3pm 250mg
8pm 750mg
10pm 500mg
12am 500mg
3am 500mg

Odd thing was I didn't really feel all that hot. That is untill I went to sleep. I slept in an air conditioned room (I like it colder than most so even though the heat because it was a cooler day and raining was tolerable I opted to sleep with the AC on).

Well I woke up about 5 times that night everytime needing to go get a drink. I couldn't turn the AC off either just stepping into the other rooms made me sweat like it was much hotter even though the temp was probably very nice.


So all in all it seemed to kick in while I slept. The heat stayed untill around 2pm the next day (went to sleep around 4:30am, was in AC since 3:30am) I'd say the heat felt like 300-400mg DNP, after it starts heating up (mid week) since because of dnps halflife it just gets hotter and hotter as the week goes on.

I havn't taken any yet today its now 6pm. I'm planning on starting at like 6:30 -7 (figure I'd dose later in day so I can train good at the gym and don't want to dose too soon after I'll let my post work out meal be more effective)

I know my thoughts and ramblings are not very clear. I apologize for that. At anyrate I'll tell you how the second day goes later.

I do have a slight sore throat in the morning, I assume because its impossible for me to always be drinking while I sleep. Other than that I feel fine. It goes away pretty quickly after morning rehydration.

I don't particulary think the blitz works that well. Its like there are serious diminishing returns as the dosages go up unlike dnp.
 
Todays sunday and time to train legs.

I went to the gym and was having serious trouble quenching my thirst. Its like I would drink and drink and drink and 3-4minutes later be thristy. Last dose was at 2am sunday before sleep.

I guess I was dehydrated more than I thought, even though it seems unlikely. I guess usnic like dnp masks your bodies crys for water. I had really upped my water and didn't seem to be sweating all that much I guess I underestimated the water loss (besides hard to tell what you lose while sleeping I did drink at least 2x my normal (normal amount is at least 12-14 cups mabe more)

Because I wasn't pissing like crazy today despite drinking like a mad man I guess my body really did need the water.

Well I started friday weighing 186 (always weigh in before training)

Today which was Sunday I weighed in at 182.

obviously alot of water loss specially proven by being so damn thristy.


Today was horrible as far as training goes.

Reps were insanely down It was one of those days that after the first set I should have just known it call it quites. It was leg day and my first set reps went from 8 to 3 (mabe could have gotten more I was just soo fucking tired I quit right after 3)

I highly doulbt it being from muscle loss. I atribute it to low energy. When you thing about it this whole weekend my body was insanly deprived of calories from the usnic. Not to mention I woke up at 3pm today ate only a 100 calorie protien shake (was planning to train at 4 can't train legs on a full stomach) at 3:45 I had my creatiene and a generous helping of sugar. Didn't end up getting to the gym till 5:30 (training partner was running late)

So again this morning I was low in calories and I'm sure the usnic is still haning around in my system since the halflife is 8-10 hours.

I'm curious how tommorrow will turn out. I'm pretty much going to do the same thing one would do after dnp, I'm bumping up my calories and getting a good ratio of carbs. So tommorrow I should be back up in weight from water retention. I'f I'm still below 186 I can safely attain that I lost weight since that would be below my normal weight even with water retention. If I'm above I'll have to wait a few days and see what happens. I will also be checking my strength tommorrow if its back I can pretty much determine little to know muscle loss. If its still down hell if its down even the slightest, I'm going to assume that heavy doses of usnic mess up muscle as well as fat and dose not too asgood a job as dnp in that regard. (since on dnp you can lose quite a dramatic amount before muscle seems to suffer)
