I put a lil mustard and hot sauce in my egg wash and then I used a mixture of flour, bread crumbs, dry ranch powder and seasoning for coating *yummy*

You can use corn flakes or special k. Just crush it up and roll it in there after the egg wash.

Yeah thats good. I've done flour, crushed corn flakes, and crushed potato chips. They're all good. To that I add some spices, Johnnys seafood seasoning, pepper, cayenne, oregano, whatever is around.

I think its only sold west of the mississippi. On the east coast there's lawrys, but it's not as good.
