Anyone know any good fried chicken recipes, as in the coating?

any would be good. i've just done it regular before on the odd occassion i cheat. i normally just cover in egg then roll in flour. so anything that make it tastier would be good.

I also like using different dressings like Paul Newman's Italian or anything else you enjoy. Best is when you marinate it for 2-3 days in the fridge.

You can use corn flakes or special k. Just crush it up and roll it in there after the egg wash.
