I live about 2 hours east of nashville.Gone to a couple of lifts up there and in cookville.

I do not train westside but I live in Nashville.
I've only been in one meet and did fairly well (600 squat, 575 dead' and 350 bench) hopefully them numbers will be higher next meet.
