Funny thing is I get an email 2 months ago from a girl at the company asking me to try them again. I told her what the situation was in the past and she emails me back saying "try again". Doesn't even apologize or anything.

Funny i got some bad whey at another company you could see in the color its was bad and bitter as hell.So i called the company up they didnt event give a shit said it wasnt there problem ect..You think with all that money they make they would of took the lot # said they were sorry and hook me up,NOT! Sad companys get so big they forget how they got there!

In my case, what happened was I order 6 whey isolates. Paid for it. Paid shipping. What I got was 6 whey concetrate. Now get this... I EVEN PAID ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TO SEND IT BACK TO THE COMPANY TO GET IT RIGHT. Yeah, that's right. I emailed them and let them know I was sending it back rather than just keeping and waiting for them to make the order correct. I paid for shipping twice. And I got NOTHING in return. I ended up double screwed. Once for having the wrong order and then for being a nice guy and sending it back. If I had kept it, at least I would have had SOMETHING to show for my $$ as it was, I ended up out of $$ and nothing to show for it.

When I contacted them, they never replied to numerous emails.

I'm sorry, but that is not right. I have ordered from Protein Factory and only once in about 60 orders has a mistake been made. And it was the wrong flavor. Right product, but wrong flavor. They immediately sent me a new batch by overnight mail to make up for it.
