Anyone have asthma, how do you deal with it? Medications, supplements, etc.? I know this is off topic, but it has the best chance for exposure here. I'd appreciate any help.

I've taken albuterol tabs (4mg 2x/day) for 10 years. I rarely use my inhaler.

I have sports induced asthma, and I started taking Singular with the Albuteral when I need it. I take the childrens chewable dose and it works a,azing. I went fron using the inhaler (albuteral
0 2-3 times a day, to 1-2 times a week.......

I can't recomend the Singular enough to those that have asthma. And if u have insurance why not?........You take it once a day and thats it...................FOCUSED
