Hey there guys...Long time no post...:)

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a site or a chart or something that tells you where your weight should be for your height, body fat % averages, etc?

At this point I am 5'2.25" and 157.5lbs. (working on that part) and trying to set a new goal, but I would like to know what is reasonable, as an average, etc. I've lost a total of 29lbs so far ;) and my original goal was 145lbs. Now I'm not so sure if I want to stop there. He he he...

Thanks,

Charts don't really apply when you have muscle, actually they don't really apply at all. Everyone is different.

And you shouldn't think about stopping, make it a lifelong goal to stay fit and and eat healthy. Whatever you end up at you end up at.

Yeah, that is sort of my goal already...

I do feel that way except I have found it easier to set short goals...I reach more that way...lol

So far I have used the 10's as a key...First 180, then 170 now I'm below 160 which seemed so far...Only 13lbs left to go...:D That is my next goal...

If you're looking for something to help you stay on track with your activity level and food intake, try logging this in a journal. Try www.fitday.com. I've got another program similar that a friend gave me that also includes a training log and I find this great for tracking my progress.
