I'm from louisville. I wouldn't try preimer, its kinda soft for a gym, if your talking about the one on shelbyville rd.
Gold's is a good place to work out at, its close to you (maxes21). Or you could try Powerhouse on Breckenridge, not that far either, heard its a good place but I never been there.

big jay 81 i went and checked out golds gym on hurstborne and liked that place the most out of 3 gyms i visited, i visited the premier gym on shelbyville rd, i didnt like it due to the fact that they have only one of those self spotter squat rack and i want a gym that is going to have squat racks, i did check out powerhouse i didnt like it that much cause it looked old but still i like it better than premier,cause of the cost and what available to workout on,when i went and checked out powerhouse i saw the biggest dude i have everseen in person working out there he was humungus, i didnt get a good look arround but did they have squat racks there at powerhouse?? i have a bunch of free passes to all of those gyms so im going to use them up before i deside. i think ill be chosing between gold and powerhouse, also im looking for a lifting partner, mostly for motivation,and due to i dont know jack for people down here,and it would be nice to meet some fellow juicer's here, im on a cycle right now that i started this monday, and im starting to feeel the d-bol, i love this shit, hey if any of yall want ot meet just send me a pm. peace out fellow animals.

I live in louisville ky off zorn ave. I go to powerhouse on breckinridge road and highly recommend it. If you tell them you're a member at the other powerhouse and just moved and want to join there, they might give you a discount. I paid 99.00 a yr for my membership. Powerhouse is a man's gym, stinky, lots of free weights, stinky and all business. No sissy Jane Fonda aerobics there Highly recommended. I'm still looking for a good source locally for my juice.
