I did train at six50 in cordova on gtown pkway

Now I got a private gym all to myself at my office got everything a gym does except a squat rack

GNC I guess and there are a couple big gyms around 24hr fitness and french riviera spa

I live in arlington and there are that i know of 3 true 24hr gyms here....... theres 1 in bartlett, 1 in arlington and 1 off houston levee close to macon. There are cordova club, well worx (six50), French rivera spa and some others i dont no the name of. There is GNC, Vitamin shop and vitamin world nutritional stores here.

I am in Memphis. I used to train at 650 in cordova till it closed. Now I have some equipment at home that I am starting to use, but will be looking for a new gym within the next few weeks.

I now live in Germantown, have been there for about a year now and i still need to find a gym. My wife wants us to get a membership at the Germantown center but i haven't checked it out yet whats that place like if you have had a look around let me know.

I trained there for awhile when I first moved to Memphis back in '95. They have built a new weight room and gotten new equipment since then, and it is nicer now. I went by and checked it out a year ago, and it is pretty good. Not the best gym you will ever go to, but not the worst either. I think they have every thing you need there. They have dumbells, several bench presses, 2 smith machines, and many others (leg press, ect...) and I think they have life fitness and hammer strength, but I can't remember. It has all the essentials.

I'm here in Memphis too, unfortunately. I've been here most of my life. I'm out in Bartlett. As far as gyms go, powerhouse is the only hardcore gym I know of. I'f anybody knows any others let me know cause I'm searching for one right now. I used to work out at six50 also, but that shit was too expensive for what I need. It was nice seeing all the hot rich girls out there though.

Down the road a piece in Tupelo. We spend a lot of time at Tunica donating money to the local businesses and also head into Memphis to see the sights at Platinum.
