saturday morning??? damn you on some tweek?

j/k i know you dont touch anything else.

No I started this new diet 1000cal/day 90% fat 10% protein and fat literally melts off you like a pound or more a day. But its making me incredibly restless, didnt sleep Sat night, stayed up till 7am this morning and got like 2 hours sleep this morning, still cant go to sleep.

The diet works amazingly, its actually how I started using DXM as an appetite suppressent b/c Im basically fasting. Last year about this time you know to get back shape after the holidays. Well I never felt this shitty on the diet guess it was the DXM. I was using it all day long for a long time as an appetite suppressant and the mellow body high you get, had no idea how the higher doses can affect you. But I was feeling good at high, took a little more, then a little more, then I was like OMG! I just figured out the secret to the Universe. hahaha! Then I started my psychonaut adventures. Took it every day for months. I have alot of experience with it but havent done it in awhile, but if I keep feeling this shitty from this diet I think Im going to go get some.

iI have also hard about the brain leswions. Also heard that many depressives self-medicate with it. I think it works more like bill explained if you're depressed.

Also brobill I was in southern washington visiting an ex-gf maybe about 2 years ago, I think she lives in or near Kelso? PM me if this sounds familiar.

Be very careful with this stuff guys. DXM, along with other disassociatives is known to cause a phenomenon called Olney's lesions in your brain. I have been intrigued by DXM for a while but am too frightened of permanent damage to try it. If you do be aware of the potential consequences.

Oh My God! That was the worst junk science Ive seen in a long time. His conclusions are baseless, lots of inferences, neat sounding scientific pathways explained, etc... but really read it closely, its an opinion! He sure does dress up like it may be scientifically true, its his OWN hypothesis. I wrote one last week on metabolic pathways involved in diet on another chat and asked for feedback, Ive believed it to be absolutely but someone asked on little question that hypothesis I couldnt explain.T rueI was involved in psych research for a coupla years and you can not even come close to being able to make such claims. We worked for two years just correlating accepted tests and how they interact with each for ONE study. One cannot conclude from that that we get brain lesions, he even states this gem right in the middle as he telling us it happens. THAT NO OLNEY LESION HAS EVER BEEN FOUND IN HUMAN BRAINS. EVER. Im open to the fact that they may later to be discovered, but c'mon the evidence just aint there and anecdotal reports from users experienceing difficulties would never make anywhere near whats required to make such a claim. He runs fr. ask. questions section on that board so he is more likely to be asked about such things, so his sample is fucked from the beginning and he may only reinforce his own hypothesis by the way he interprets the user's question. Trying to justify his hypothesis. Thats why there are double blind studies done in science. The researcher and the subject do not know the answer just b/c of this. I could really rip this, but I dont care and I have gotten much sleep lately.
I dont have the answer, but so far I think the correct position is No one Knows!
I'll just take my dxm when I want to, comfortable in the fact that NO Olney lesion has ever been found in a human as he stated himself. In fact I bet his hypothesis on brain lesions spawned this whole brain lesion thing people talk about, thats a popular site in the DXM community.

Is it legal for me to walk down the street with a bag full of DXM capsules I made from products purchases over the internet?

No just messing with ya, I did talk to you about it cuz I live in seattle and portland and have friends in Longview/kelso area. I think I asked if you were from around there and you replied and I quote: "Naw, sex with an ex" LOL! I was using a different handle though not sure which one. Maybe Luciasbrown, do you remember me posting with that handle?

Depressives are prone to self medicate, but with just about everything. I could see where low dose could be medicinal for depression as it gives you a sense of calmness. I was feeling pretty damn happy even at the dose I used for appetite suppressing alone on my diet. Alot of those descriptions were taking from info about the stages or plateaus and seems to be pretty reproducible based on dose/Kg. But who knows really. I know it works for me and people I know whove tried it.

I dont see why not, though Im not a lawyer. Cant sell them fo sho, but walking down the street, the cops cant do nothing to ya. They might stop and field test it, but once it doesnt turn up as an illegal drug on their lil kits, I dont think there is anything they can do. Could be vitamins or whatever. And its not classified illegal anywhere as far as I know.
