3 days ago it was by back day and that night after my workout i must have slept in a really bad position!
For the last 3 days i have been in absolute agony because my neck muscle (trapezius methinx) has been seriously strained or pulled whatever.
Anybody come across this problem throughout their lifting days or anytime?
At this stage i would rather if i tore a hamstring! At least there are positions u can be in where u are not under constant aching pain!
