i am 2 days out of leg day when i did sets of 18,15, and 10 on squats. still working towards a 20 rep set @ 225 and i'm thoroughly pleased with how much pain i'm in today. yesterday i did a 20 rep set of SLDLs for the first time ever and i almost passed out about 20 seconds after finishing it. it doesn't hit me during the set, but a short while after i rack the bar and i'm just standing there basically going "holy fuck that sucked." then i'll get this massive head rush and everything is really floaty for a little while. today i sat down on the toilet, cried and sucked my thumb until the pain went away. if i had brought my phone into the bathroom, i would've called mummy.
