i could buy those in my home town from an organic store but i guess i'm screwed now. too bad cuz i loved stuffing a pound a lean ground beef into a couple of those

thanks, what are the stats for that kind of food?

Well, it varies by brand.... I get whatever Vegetarian Baked Beans are on sale, like Heinz or Bush's -- although check for sugar, some have a lot...... Fat Free refried beans are yummy or make your own by mashing black beans in a pan. I buy canned beans, and the stats vary by brand. Rinse them & drain them to get rid of the sodium..... Beans are great!!

Also add ground flax meal to your protein pancakes & oatmeal.....

So far today I have had 25 g of fiber.....

Had eggs + meat + 1 slice FF cheese on 2 La Tortilla Factory tortillas for breaky then chix + rice + veggies + 1/4 cup black beans for lunch.....
