Meal 1 - 7 egg whites, hemp bread w/apricot jelly, hemp cereal with 2% milk

Meal 2 - Chicken Breast, 1/4 cup of Walnuts, 1/2 cup of black beans, 1/2 cup of rice, 20 gram scoop of whey protein

Meal 3 - same as 2

Meal 4 - same as 2

Meal 5 - Same as 1

Meal 6 - 40 gram whey protein with 2% milk

Meal 7 - 5 oz lean hamburger meat, 1 cup of wheat pasta, 16 oz glass of Guava

Meal 8 - same as 6

Every meal is accompanied by 20 oz of water!
3 cups of green tea with raw honey throughout the day
All meals are derived from organic/natural material, the only thing somewhat processed is the pasta.

Calories, don't know, don't really care, same with fat, saturated fat is low though.
