you can really do whatever you want on the floor as long as you look like you know what you are doing. if you look awkward and shy about it ppl are gonna know you are trying too hard

ONCE you got the groove, dance like no one is there and enojy yourself.

Seems like most of the chicks in NY area all have the same strut. Tits out, arched back, ass out and the two step...kind of funny to watch.

ahhhhhh where to begin! i like all types of music, but i play guitar, bass, and drums..so my favorite is the rock type. i'm talking korn, mudvayne, deftones, staind.....stuff like that.
when i first started going to bars and clubs, I WOULD NOT DANCE. i knew i wanted to because it was fun..and if u wanna get girls, u gotta have fun with them..u can't just stand there. so for a while, i was just frustrated.
as i get older, i'm 24 now....you basically gotta learn to not give a fuck. it helps to drink a few beers or something before you go. make sure you have your best buddies with you (don't go with the ones who don't dance either!!!!!!). then just let loose..

I can only dance if I like the music and it helps to have a little alcohol in me. If you're dancing to try and get laid, I've got a better idea. Most of these women are superficial anyway. Just lie to them and tell them that you are rich or that you have a really impressive job. It took me a while to learn this, but it often works.
