it's like Saw Palmetto. I take it sometimes for the prostate and kidneys. Well it helps to a certain degree. But when doing PGF2a and 600 mgr Primo/week all was under control. Needing the bathroom was a bit difficult. All the time taking the Saw Palmetto. But when stopping the PGF2a (and this is strange), one week later my prostate was totally out of control. Impossible to pee. So the Saw Palmetto could handle it, as long as it wasn't getting serious.
The same with milk tistle. It just isn't strong enough. But if you are good with it, then by all means take it.
I prefer the best product, especially for my organs.
