I've used POF in the past, it is a pretty good program, for hypertrophy. The program is pretty straight forward, and easy to follow. I would recommend it to almost anyone, looking to get bigger and stronger.
The POF program is based on a very simple tenant of traing ech muscle group in 3 positions (thus the name.) Generally the first position performed is a midrange movement. This generally your compound movement, so for lower chest it would be flat or decline bench. Then you would do a "stretch" position movement, so a flye. Then finally you would finish w/ a contracted move, such as cable crossovers.
