anybody ever use postitions of flexion???

I've used POF in the past, it is a pretty good program, for hypertrophy. The program is pretty straight forward, and easy to follow. I would recommend it to almost anyone, looking to get bigger and stronger.
 
what exactly is the driving principle behind this prog? Curious if theres anything worth adapting into my own routine.
 
The POF program is based on a very simple tenant of traing ech muscle group in 3 positions (thus the name.) Generally the first position performed is a midrange movement. This generally your compound movement, so for lower chest it would be flat or decline bench. Then you would do a "stretch" position movement, so a flye. Then finally you would finish w/ a contracted move, such as cable crossovers.
