Anybody Caught "Naked and Afraid" on the Discovery Channel?

Reality show, no prizes, pretty simple premise: Every episode some dude and chick who each have at least some sort of background in primitive survival skills or military are dumped somewhere with nothing, they strip naked before they are left. They get picked up in 21 days.

Discovery is running a marathon right now, I'm catching a couple episodes I've missed.

But it's interesting, the nudity thing, and not from an erotic perspective. Personally, I have a new appreciation (and speculation) for how our species survived to evolve at all ... oh, and shoes. Shoes are good.

Our culture hasn't quite evolved to the point where people will be willing to watch other people die for the sake of entertainment, but I won't dismiss the possibility in the future.

If you want reality, watch the couple that get dumped in Tanzania. Desert and like every plant that does grow has thorns. The guy's feet were a horror show, medical had to come in and dig out these infected thorns *shudder*
