so i did db cleans for the first time today! i did 4x15 with only 5lbs. yes, i sucked it up and grabbed those little dumbbells (i don't even think they can be called that...) and used them. everyone in the gym must have been thinking "wtf?" but hey, at least it was extremely easy. i still felt some burn though! i followed with some heavier face pulls (6 reps). i really liked the db cleans and can't wait to increase the weight.
