Any new meds? Higher sodium intake? Not drinking as much water as you usually do? I find that if I drink less fluid for a day or two my body sort of freaks and starts retaining.
NO i felt fine, then I did my ab workout, followed by cardio... After cardio I drank about 1.5 liters of water... about 3 hours later, I was bloated. I usually have to come straight home and piss after cardio, but I didn't this time
